I can’t seem to avoid post midnight jamming, so I might as well stick to the inspiration hour. Today’s improv theme was flowers, clearly, and I was happy to dance to a song by my dear friend, Mario Spinetti. His latest album was just released, you should check it out. Do it. I have a huge bouquet of mostly mashed flowers chillin in my crib now. Yay.
